Warranty Information

ONE LITE offer warranties for any item purchased here on the ONE LITE website and also those bought from authorised ONE LITE retailers and stockist. Please note that our warranties are only for the original purchaser of the items. The warranty periods for each item is as follows:

ONE LITE E-Shisha, disposable and rechargeable E-cigs carry a warranty of 30 days from date of purchase.
ONE LITE Egos, USB chargers, batteries, USB charging cable, UK adaptor, EU adaptor and Life Charging case are covered by lifetime warranty.
ONE LITE refill cartridges are not under warranty.
