Our E-Liquids contain Propylene glycol (a water based ingredient found in multiple off the shelf products including food and drink), Vegetable glycerin, pharmaceutical grade Nicotine and ONE LITE flavouring. All ONE LITE e-liquid batches are individually tested to the highest standards before they are released to customers.

Propylene glycol (PG) is a transparent and odourless chemical at room temperature that is used in many products including pharmaceuticals, food additives and cosmetics as a liquid that absorbs water. PG is used in many pharmaceutical products include common antibiotics, inhalers and nebulisers for over the last 50 years.

Approval of propylene glycol is further supported by the ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease) which states on its website that PG is as a ‘Generally Recognized as Safe’ (GRAS) additive for foods and medications.

It is important to be aware that nicotine is an addictive substance where the effects can last from a few minutes to hours. Commonly the effects experienced from nicotine are those of stimulation, improved concentration and a sense of tranquility.

ONE LITE is not a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) but a healthier smoking alternative that is free of the harmful and carcinogenic chemicals that are present in traditional cigarettes. The link of many common conditions that smokers experience is due to these harmful and carcinogenic chemicals that are present in traditional cigarettes. NICE guidelines state the benefits of electronic cigarettes for those who have repeatedly failed with regular NRT.

The vapour looks like smoke when it is exhaled, and depending on the flavour used can produce a sweet smell.

When you inhale and no flavour or vapour comes out then the clearomiser needs to be changed. On average they will last between 3-4 weeks of normal use.

If the clearomiser begins to leak after a few weeks, it requires changing, please ensure you replace it before continuing to use it.

E cigarettes and e-liquids SHOULD NOT be sold to anyone under the age of 18.

It is also advised that they are not to be recommended to customers who are pregnant, breast feeding or have an unstable heart condition.

Each smoker varies in what strength they need. However, you should always use the lowest strength you can.

High strength -18mg is recommended for people who have a high dependency;
Smoking more than at least 15 a day, heavy smokers during the morning, wake up during the night to smoke or smoke even if they are quite unwell.

Medium strength -12mg is recommended for people who have a medium dependency;
Smoke 10-15 a day but heavy smokers during the morning.

Low Strength – 6mg is recommended for people who have low dependency;
Smoke less than 10.

Electronic cigarettes are currently not licensed as smoking cessation products. But by switching to ONE LITE you can begin to take the smoke free journey, by delivering the Nicotine hit that you require without all the chemicals you inhale whilst burning tobacco.

We commonly see that people who have switched to the ONE LITE electronic cigarette have been able to completely stop using tobacco cigarettes and even electronic cigarettes at their own time.

ONE LITE Electronic cigarettes are made up of 2 main components: a battery and a wickless non leaking clearomiser. Once you have added ONE LITE e-liquids to your clearomiser, rotate the clearomiser to allow the eliquid to mix into the device fully. Press the button on the side of the battery and inhale to use. When you inhale, the clearomiser turns a small amount of the liquid nicotine into nicotine vapour which is delivered through the mouthpiece. The principle of this is the same as steam formation from water.

This will depend on the individual smoker but on average one 10ml bottle will last approx. 3-4 days. However for heavier smokers this would be less.

The battery life does vary greatly depending on how much the e-cigarette is used. On average when the battery is fully charged it will last between 1-2 days of normal use. All ONE LITE batteries and chargers have a life time warranty, please ensure you only use ONE LITE chargers when recharging your device.

ONE LITE EGO kits can be used with other E-liquids, our wickless non leaking clearomisers are made for optimum use with ONE LITE E-liquids. If you find that by using an e-liquid not made by ONE LITE that the clearomiser does not last as long, this may be the cause. ONE LITE cannot guarantee the efficacy of devices that are not used with ONE LITE E-liquids. In addition, ONE LITE cannot guarantee the safety of other e-liquids

The battery should not be disposed of in general waste. Please sign post customers to your nearest recycling plant or you can return the battery to ONE LITE.

Once we have authorised your goods to return, Please post your items back to One Lite, where you items will be check. All faulty items will receive a refund on the postage costs. We will also keep you updated with the progress of the return.
