How do I know which strength to choose?
Each smoker varies in what strength they need. However, you should always use the lowest strength you can.
High strength -18mg is recommended for people who have a high dependency;
Smoking more than at least 15 a day, heavy smokers during the morning, wake up during the night to smoke or smoke even if they are quite unwell.
Medium strength -12mg is recommended for people who have a medium dependency;
Smoke 10-15 a day but heavy smokers during the morning.
Low Strength - 6mg is recommended for people who have low dependency;
Smoke less than 10.
